Information you submit

The forms collect the name, email, phone number and optional problem description you submit so I can respond to your inquiry. The general service form also asks for a city or ZIP and selected service. The heater form is a separate request form.

Forms save the landing-page path and available campaign parameters, including advertising click identifiers when present, to help us understand where inquiries come from. Available campaign parameters are carried through links between the organic site pages so your request can retain its source. Each request has an identifier used to confirm submission and handle retries.

Processing and storage

Our website runs on Cloudflare. Service requests are processed through the Cloudflare-hosted website and stored in Supabase. Submitted details are used to respond to and discuss your service request.

Analytics and advertising measurement

The site loads Google’s measurement tag. Google Analytics measures page visits and confirmed successful requests. Google Ads measures confirmed successful heater-offer requests. General service requests send an Analytics event with the selected service category.

The site’s request-success events do not include the submitted name, email, phone number or problem description. The heater Ads conversion uses the saved request identifier to prevent duplicate conversion counting. The Analytics page configuration strips query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs.
